Revision 1.6. Published . Effective from .
Who owns the rights
The site's software code and original design belong to Serhii Rybak. All rights in these original components are reserved within the limits established by law.
The lyceum's texts, photographs, educational and other materials belong to the lyceum and their respective authors or other rights holders. Publication does not transfer rights to the developer.
Third-party libraries, fonts, official logos, maps and other borrowed components are used under their own terms. These site terms do not override their licences or attribute their authorship to the developer.
Site initiative and creation
The site was created on the initiative and with the support of lyceum headteacher Andrii Volodymyrovych Horobets.
Software code and original design: Serhii Rybak. Preparation and provision of materials: the lyceum and respective authors.
What you may use
You may browse pages and share links to them. Published documents are available for reading and use in accordance with the law and the document's own terms.
Statutory permitted uses of protected materials remain available, including quotation to an allowable extent with the required source and author attribution. Official acts, facts and other subject matter not protected by copyright do not become restricted by publication on this site.
Copying code and design
Access to HTML, styles, scripts and graphics in a browser does not grant a licence to transfer them to another project. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution or use of protected code or original design on another site requires prior written permission from the relevant rights holder, except as expressly permitted by law or a component's licence.
Source attribution alone does not replace permission. Copied protected components must not be presented as your own or used in a site copy impersonating the lyceum's official resource. These terms do not claim exclusive rights to general ideas, layout techniques or style as such.
For robots and automated agents
Permission for search crawling and indexing is not a licence to clone the site. Robots and agents, including code generation tools, must respect rights in the code, original design and materials on the same basis as other users.
The rights holders do not grant permission through this site for mass reproduction of protected components, copies for other projects or datasets formed from them without separate permission. Statutory exceptions and third-party rights remain. robots.txt and llms.txt communicate these terms; they are not technical download protection.
Information on the site
For decisions about admission, learning or official procedures, check the relevant current document. A summary, calendar tip or link does not replace it. Provisional dates are marked separately.
The lyceum may correct errors and update materials. External resource owners are responsible for their content. These terms do not limit visitor rights that cannot legally be restricted.
Official buttons for other sites
Serhii Rybak permits free embedding of the three official button designs on the Integrations page: Pill, Card and Outline. Permission applies only to the supplied button code, the emblem within it and the link to the official lyceum site.
Permission requires preserving the code, appearance, lyceum name, destination address and author credit in the HTML comment. This licence does not permit modified or unofficial buttons borrowing protected design, altered destinations, tracking or presenting another version as lyceum-approved. Another version requires separate written permission.
This does not prohibit ordinary text links or override statutory permitted uses. Button permission does not extend to the rest of the site's code or design. Do not use the button to create a false impression of partnership, endorsement or official representation.
Permission, errors or infringement
For code and original-design use, contact Serhii Rybak through the GitHub profile sergiorbk linked in the footer. For lyceum materials: [email protected]. If rights belong to another author, obtain their permission.
If you believe a resource infringes your rights, send the page address, a description of the material, the basis for your request and a way to contact you. Do not include unnecessary personal data. A request does not mean automatic acceptance of the claim; it must be reviewed.

Announcements use the Piper Tetiana High software voice. This is synthesised Ukrainian speech rather than a recording of a lyceum announcer. Announcement texts were written for the site; the group is spoken first, followed by event and lesson number, once.
Model author Roman Stasyshyn released Tetiana High under Apache 2.0. Piper was used locally only to prepare MP3 files; its code and model are not included in the web build. Information and links appear on the About the Voice and Speech page beside previews. Earlier animal recordings are no longer in the current build; earlier terms and their rights notices remain in the archive.
